Can I return my purchase?

 

We have a strictly no return/refund policy.

 

Can I exchange size?

 

If you are a resident of Pakistan you can drop by our branches and get your product exchanged depending on product availability. The value of the product you want to exchange with must be equal to or higher than your original purchase. If you have shopped with us through one of our Retail Partners. Please check with them regarding exchange policy. If they do not have stock an exchange cannot be processed.

 

Is there a delivery fee?

 

If you are shopping directly from us we will calculate international shipment fees in order to deliver your product. If you are shopping through our Retail partner. The standard delivery fee by our Retail partner has to be abided.

 

What is the timeline of exchanges?

 

The sooner you can process an exchange the better in terms of product availability. We do not hold onto products due to high demand and limited quantity. Our official policy is to conduct an exchange within three working days from the date of purchase. Conditions Applied.

 

What are the conditions of an exchange?

 

All products must be UNWORN, tags on, with no defect and in original packaging with receipt. Our team will issue an exchange only if the product has met the conditions and is satisfactory for an exchange.
